My Journey to the Buddha Brain
Home
I am a researcher in neuroscience and mindfulness-based practices with a background in art and technology, exploring the notion of the “Buddha Brain”—an idealised model of the human mind—through artistic practice and scientific inquiry, and examining its relevance to contemporary society.
In my current project, Consciously Human Metaverse, I marry my interests in mindfulness, neuroscience and game development to design cognitive and "mindful" challenges through video games, transforming teachings from the past into video games with a delicate balance of scientific reasoning and artistic ambiguity. This is where I present to you my empirical study of the mind - a quest shared by science and Buddhism.  
Taking a neuroanthropological approach with creative vision and scientific rigour, my work investigates human conditions both biologically and culturally, exploring the depth of the mind through understanding the evolutionary nature of human emotion, thoughts and behaviour. My work questions what it means to be a conscious, evolutionary human that challenges the world's status quo. I delve beyond the surface of tradition and hierarchical structures to investigate the inner workings of the mind and the many underlying issues facing humanity.
I trained as a yoga teacher in Tamil Nadu, India, in 2015.
I flew to Tibet with a one-way ticket in 2016. 
I had a TEDx talk in 2019, which I delivered without a single successful rehearsal, but I remembered to breathe.
Today, I continue my journey to the Buddha Brain at the convergence of art, science, and technology.
